ABOUT THIS LITTLE TABLE

Food first. No fuss.

The LPR Table is a practical recipe collection for people who want a clearer answer to “what can I make tonight?”

How the recipe finder works

Every recipe has a list of ingredients and simple tags. When you select ingredients to skip, the finder hides recipes with those tags. It does not assess medical safety, and it cannot check every brand of packaged food. Read the full ingredients and labels before cooking.

What “gentler” means here

It means simpler flavors, softer textures and generally lighter preparations. “More variety” gives you additional combinations and optional swaps. These labels are a way to browse recipes, not phases of treatment or promises about symptoms.

Health information

LPR involves reflux reaching the throat or voice box. Read the plain-language explanation of LPR for more context. General reflux guidance often mentions acidic foods, high-fat foods, caffeine and spicy foods as possible triggers. Individual responses vary. The recipes and guides are informational and are not a substitute for care from a clinician.
